The Discomfort Club is not just about challenging our bodies physically. Each of our meetings and events involve a combination of the 6 Dimensions of Wellness Framework.

This allows us to be more inclusive to all members of our community while providing a nice variety of events like Public Speaking, Talking to Strangers, Cooking Competitions and more!
