Meeting Structure

Tuesday
Weekly Member Meeting:
Each week we will have an evening meeting where we challenge ourselves to try something new that takes us outside of our Comfort Zones 
Examples: Cooking Class, Debate Night, Open Mic Night, Meditation Retreat and More! 

 Friday
Morning Runs & Ice Baths:
Each week we will do a morning run/workout @6AM followed by an Ice bath. This is for people looking for more of a physical challenge 

Weekend
Trips/Events:
Througout the semester we will do a few trips and events on the weekend. These are usually things we could not pull off during the week. 
Examples: Camping Trip, Concert, Sky Diving
