The College Community For Letting Go of Fear

We make gettingĀ outside of your comfort zone fun, while helping you face fear along the way.

Why Should You Join a Discomfort Club?

Everyone has their own reason for coming to their first Discomfort Club event. These are the reasons people stay and become part of the community.

FAQs for Joining
a Club

Common questions students have when making the decision to start a Discomfort Club.

Most clubs host a one to two hour meeting once a week. There are also spontaneous hangouts, and sometimes weekend trips.

We focus on three areas of Discomfort: social, mental, and physical. A meeting could be anything from talking to strangers, to Jiu Jitsu, to even skydiving.

It is strongly encouraged that you attend your weekly meetings as this is the best way to build community, but you are welcome to attend as much or as little as you like.

Some clubs start out as completely free while other clubs charge a small member fee to fund bigger events including weekend trips.
